Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and gp444.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the gp444 platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

General Terms
1.1 — Agreement Taking Effect
When you register an account at gp444 or use any of our services, these Terms immediately take effect as a binding legal agreement between you and gp444. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms.
1.2 — Right to Amend Terms
gp444 reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be given as much advance notice as reasonably possible for any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the revised Terms.
1.3 — Language and Interpretation
Where both Bengali and English versions of these Terms exist, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of any conflict in interpretation. If there is any question about the meaning of a clause, gp444's interpretation will be considered final.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to use the gp444 platform. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to create an account and carry out gaming activities on this platform. Any attempt by a minor to create an account is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately.
2.2 — One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account at gp444. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, those accounts will be cancelled and any associated balance or bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method also falls under this policy.
2.3 — Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. If an account is created using incorrect or false information, gp444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account and withhold any associated funds. We may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password secure. Giving anyone else access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately. gp444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access unless a security fault on the platform itself is proven.

3.1 — Deposit Rules
To deposit funds at gp444, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, it will be cancelled and the account may be suspended. The minimum deposit is ৳300, which applies equally to all payment methods.
3.2 — Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 — Right to Cancel Transactions
If gp444 suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other irregularity in a transaction, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold during an investigation and to notify the relevant authorities if necessary. If irregularities are confirmed through the investigation, the associated funds will be forfeited.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
gp444 offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳12,000 will give you a ৳8,000 bonus for a total of ৳20,000. The bonus amount will never exceed ৳8,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
The welcome bonus must meet a 25x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings. The contribution rate toward wagering may vary by game.
4.3 — Bonus Validity and Conditions
- A bonus applies only once per account.
- If wagering is not completed within the set time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until wagering has been completed.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
- gp444 reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
4.4 — Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system (such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts or converting bonuses without risk through strategic betting patterns) is a violation of our rules. If such activity is detected, gp444 reserves the right to cancel the associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the account.
VIP Programme & Rewards
5.1 — VIP Tiers and Benefits
gp444's VIP programme has five tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
5.2 — Tier Changes
VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a member's gaming activity and participation on the platform. gp444 reserves the right to change any VIP benefit, and members will be informed before any change takes effect. If a member remains inactive for an extended period, their VIP tier may be reduced.
Responsible Gaming Policy

gp444 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We always keep our members' mental and financial wellbeing in mind and encourage responsible gaming.
6.1 — Limit-Setting Options
Members can set deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits on their accounts. This feature can be activated through our support team. gp444 will enforce any limit immediately, though requests to increase a limit will require a set reflection period before taking effect.
6.2 — Self-Exclusion and Breaks
If a member feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they may voluntarily request a temporary or permanent account suspension. Notifying our support team of this request will ensure it is properly actioned. During a voluntary suspension, no new bonuses or promotional offers will be sent.
6.3 — Protection of Minors
Use of gp444 by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians should keep their devices and online accounts secure to prevent minors from accessing this platform. If evidence of gaming activity by a minor is found, the associated account will be cancelled.

7.1 — Data Collection and Use

Prohibited Activities
8.1 — List of Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gp444 platform:
- Creating an account using false or misleading information
- Operating an account by assuming someone else's identity
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour with the bonus system
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
- Attempting to gain an advantage through hacking, software bugs, or exploitation
- Harassing or behaving improperly toward other members
- Playing games using third-party software or bots
- Using fraudulent payment methods
8.2 — Consequences of Violations
If a member is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, gp444 may permanently close the associated account without prior warning, forfeit all bonuses and winnings, and take legal action where applicable.
Account Closure & Termination
9.1 — Member's Right
Any member may contact our support team at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met) may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests are generally actioned within 5–30 minutes.
9.2 — gp444's Right
gp444 reserves the right to close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a Terms violation is found
- In the case of prolonged inactivity (with prior notice)
- If fraud or money laundering is suspected
- If the platform needs to be shut down for business reasons
If the platform closes for business reasons, any remaining valid balance will be returned to members.
Dispute Resolution

10.3 — Complaint Submission Deadline
If you have a complaint regarding a game result or transaction, it must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
Limitation of Liability
11.1 — Technical Issues
gp444 will not be directly liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, internet connection disruptions, or issues with third-party software. However, we always strive to ensure the stability and availability of the platform.
11.2 — Gaming Results
Gaming is a risky activity and there is no guarantee of winning. Game results are conducted entirely in accordance with fair and fair play principles. Members participate on the platform with full awareness of this risk.
11.3 — Third-Party Services
gp444 is not responsible for the operations of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers. These providers have their own terms and conditions that apply to their services.
